以事件化系統物件資料模式探討環境資料庫體系之架構

摘要


工業區成立污水處理廠以協助處理區內各工廠所排放之廢污水,在過程中產生大量資料,造成資訊不易整合應用,無法滿足管理需求,因此管理決策者需具備系統思維的能力,運用整體的思考方法及邏輯性的分析流程,利用整體及系統之概念來處理複雜性的問題,將系統中的各組成物件描述成若干個單元,藉由觀察一連串的變化過程中,找出其中之因果互動關係。 由於環境資料與資訊本身的複雜與歧異,造成整合環境資訊的推動困難重重,能夠完整記錄及呈現環境事件之資料模式更顯重要。本研究基於系統思維,將事件化系統物件資料模式(Event-based System Object Data Model)應用於工業區污水處理廠之資料庫系統規劃,透過此模式有效記錄產生之資料,提供符合管理需求之各類資訊,協助工業區廢水管理廠營運管理工作之進行,以提升工業區廢水管理之效率與效益。

An industrial part established wastewater treatment plant to deal with wastewater factories discharging, produce a large amount of data and cause information difficult to combine application, it is unable to satisfy the demand of management.Among which, the management decision maker must be capable of systems thinking, utilizing the capacity of integrated methodology in thinking and logical analyzing process to deal with problems of complexity, describing the composing objects within system as several elements, and finds out the relation between cause and effect and each interaction by means of a series of variation processes. Due to the complexity and discrepancy of the environmental data and the information, it is by all means difficult to set the integration of environmental information into action; therefore, a complete record and a clear presentation of the environmental event and data model appears to be indispensably significant.This research, based upon system thinking,the database system of the wastewater treatment plant of industrial park is planned to apply Event-based System Object data model.Through EBSO data model to effective record, it accords with all kinds of information which manages the demand to offer the waste water in the industrial park to manage the going on of factory''s operation management, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of waste water management of industrial park.
