台北市客語傳承計畫評估之研究

摘要

本研究擬從政策評估（policy evaluation）角度探討台北市政府客家事務委員會所推動的「客語傳承計畫」，基此，本研究的目的如下：
一、運用政策評估方法，針對台北市客語傳承計畫進行評估，以瞭解此一計畫實施至今為止，有何成果？有何缺失？
二、針對前述成果與缺失，提供政策建議，以做為未來台北市政府推動客語計畫之決策參考。
本研究之研究流程，重點在研究架構先有明確骨架組構後，按序依文獻探討所得資料，利用評估指標及研究方法之技術，蒐集資料並加以判斷分析，得出結論提供建議，做為政策制訂參考。

First, use the policy to evaluation the method , pass on the plan to evaluation to Hakkas language of Taipei , in order to understand that this plan is implemented so far, what achievements are there? What is there to lack?
Second , and lack to the above-mentioned achievement, offer the policy recommendations, regard doing as the decision that the government of Taibei promotes Hakkas language to plan is consulted in the future.
The research procedure of this research, the focal point is after the structure of studying has a clear skeleton group that constructs first , probe into the income materials in accordance with documents , utilize and assess the technology of the index and research approach in in-sequence, collect the materials and judge that analysic , draw the conclusion and offer suggestions , make consulting for the policy.
