建立動態多產品生產線決策支援系統之研究

摘要


在近代隨著預測技術的提升,其相關技術應用在倉儲系統、服務業多所著墨,隨著生產需求資訊能夠更精確獲得,物料的進貨與管理能使管理人員能夠節省不必要的支出與空間浪費,但是預測技術應用在生產製造尚非普遍,在生產製造方面,設施規劃與工廠的產能息息相關,好的生產佈置能大幅度提升生產的效能,因此本研究嘗試將多產品生產線的概念與動態佈置的概念作結合,搭配生產可能發生的狀況進行研究。 本研究目的是在長期的多產品生產線的環境下,以生產的總成本最小化為目標,來建立相對應的機器重新佈置策略。生產的環境中,每個週期的需求數會隨著時間而改變,在每個週期透過預測、廠商已下的訂單…等,可以知道未來一定週期的需求,但這些問題需要考慮到時閘的概念以及生產的開始時間點,在每一週期時,根據已知週期需求數,建立各週期的機器重新佈置策略,首先,根據三種起始策略的佈置方法建立初始佈置,而後採用模擬退火法(SA)來尋求最佳化,最後透過提出的Fix跟Dynamic兩種概念來決定未來週期所要採用的佈置策略期數,依照此方法建立長期的佈置策略,並找出最佳的生產成本。

In recent year, because of the development of the forecast, these forecast technologies always use in storage systems and the service industry. But the forcaset applied for production is not wider than the service industry. And then, facility planning is aaaociated with the capacity. So, this research tries to make a combination with the concept of the multi-product line and the concept of the dynamic layout. And it takes many kinds of situations of the production into consideration. The object of this research is to find a layout that can minimize the total production cost under the long-term situation of the multi-product line. In order to find the best layout, we need three stages to do. In the first stage, we consider the variation of the demand and also consider the time fence. We create the demand information in every period changed by time. In the second stage, we use three kinds of initial layout plans to create the initial layout. And, we use the simulated annealing algorithm to find the layout in the periods which has known the demands of the periods. Finally, we adopt the concepts of the fix period and the dynamic period to decide the layout which we want to use in production. And in the final stage, we calculate the total cost to find the best combination of the staregies.
