服務導向架構為基礎的企業流程管理之探討 - 以瀚宇博德股份有限公司為例

摘要

企業提升競爭力及成長的重要關鍵，在於是否能快速反應市場需求及最佳化商業流程。當 IT資訊無法快速反應商業變動時，將會影響組織的靈活度。服務導向架構(SOA)及企業流程管理(BPM)的結合，可提供較佳的資訊系統架構，並與商業需求緊密整合，讓員工、客戶及商業夥伴可更快速地反應競爭。服務導向架構(SOA)及企業流程管理(BPM)提供企業IT規劃及決策人員、系統架構師及 IT 專業人員用來建立及維護服務導向架構(SOA)及企業流程管理(BPM)解決方案的工具、技術、架構與導引範例，並提供全面的功能與服務，讓企業用戶得以簡化並最佳化商業流程，進而增進生產力、降低成本且促進組織的靈活度。
由商務來引導IT，提升管理效益，一個靈活應變的企業必需針對營運模式與流程對IT進行徹底的思考與良好的架構規劃與設計，藉此增加營運的效能。而SOA與BPM的自然結合讓企業流程與IT系統融合在一起，對照BPM的範疇與SOA參考架構的導入模式，的確可較以往使用EAI做IT部分的整合更符合企業之所需，隨需應變，造就敏捷式企業。

Business changes will affect the organization''s flexibility when the IT can not be quick response. The combination of SOA and BPM can provide a better information system architecture and tightly integrated with business needs。 employees, customers and business partners can respond more quickly to competition. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Business Process Management (BPM) provides enterprise IT’s planning and decision-makers, system architects and IT professionals used to create and maintain service-oriented architecture (SOA) and business process management (BPM) solution’s Tools、Technology、Architecture、Patterns and provide a full range of features and services to enable enterprise customers to simplify and optimize business processes, thereby enhancing productivity, reduce costs and promote organizational flexibility.
From business point of view to drive IT will enhance management efficiency and a flexibility necessary for operating the business model and processes of IT to conduct a thorough thinking and good planning and design of the structure to increase operational effectiveness. The combination of SOA and BPM to aligned business process with IT systems reflect to the scope of BPM and SOA reference model for the implementation model , and it proved that better solutions than EAI in the integration of IT systems and on demand to reach enterprise agility.
