消耗性部品存貨管理改善研究-以某邏輯測試公司之Socket Pin為例

摘要

面對全球化的的高度競爭壓力，各種產業面對環境的變遷與競爭不再只是思考企業個體單獨的利益，而是尋求所有供應鏈整體企業體利益的最大化,以達到買方與賣方雙贏商業模式。買方與賣方透過及時化採購作業模式，精準的將產品的生產與運送活動緊密連結在一起，達到的運籌系統物流同步化。供應鏈系統中的企業體必須規劃出具有協調機制的新產品開發、採購、生產與運輸等協同策略，並且透過長期採購合約，買賣雙方互信默契及資訊共享的方式，賣方以長期訂單的模式提供少量多頻率的運送品質穩定的產品給買方，來縮短買方的採購前置時間與降低存貨水準，進而達到整體存貨的總成本下降。
本研究建構在及時化採購模式下，考慮單項產品、單一買方與單一賣方的存貨關係,並利用週期檢視法提出適合此品項的供貨模式,以追求存貨成本的下降為目標。

To face the keen competition of the globalization. All industries have to research the best way for his enterprise due to the changing of environment and competition. The entrepreneur should seek the maximizing of the profit for the entire supply chain of the enterprise, to meet the request of business model between the buyer and seller. Through the operating process of JIT procurement. It is able to precise to integrate closely the finishing products and transportation, to make the synchronous process of logistic. The enterprise of supplier chain must scheme the symphonious process for the development of new product、procurement、manufacturing and transportation. Through the long-term purchasing contract, the buyer and seller will trust each other and share the related information together. The seller will offer buyer the products which the quality is suitable、the quantity is less and the shipping frequency is plenty by the model of the long-term order ; it is also able to abbreviate the leading time of procurement and reduce the level of the mutual stock ; to meet the entire cost of mutual stock is able to be reduced.
This research is based on the model of JIT procurement to analyze the relationship of the mutual stock between the single buyer and single seller. Using periodic reviewing is that to provide the best solution for supplying model to meet the target of the reducing the cost of mutual stock.
