In recent years with the popularity of mobile devices, as well as e-multimedia learning has matured, thus affecting habit of people. In the past, when the learners are studying in Asia, they are confusing of carrying dozens of books and hundreds of test paper because of numerous subjects. To solve the problem, this thesis designs the m-learning system that can provides students to use a portable device to get multimedia materials videos from the Internet, or use set-top-box to synchronize the multimedia materials videos to the portable device. Then students do not need to carry heavy books, and they can use lightweight portable device to achieve the effect of a seamless learning. To enhance media protection in m-learning system, we apply some algorithms to make our system to be DRM-enabled m-learning system, and it will solve the copy problem in the multimedia system. As the mentioned above, our system can provide some protections while media sharing, and the intellectual property rights. Combined with encryption technology and m-learning concept make our system a win-win situation between teachers and students.
