同步順序式分區揀貨之兩總訂單匯合方法的比較

摘要


隨著全球化的市場、貿易的自由化、供應鏈管理觀念的興起、顧客的服務水準提高,以及網路科技的快速發展等因素,使得物流成為全球企業所關注的焦點之一。而傳統透過多層級通路運送的物流方式,已經不能滿足消費者少量多樣的需求,取而代之的是物流中心(Distribution Center;D.C.)。產品供應商只需將其產品送至物流中心,物流中心再將產品配送至各個零售商,能夠快速地反應市場需求,使得物流中心在整條供應鏈上扮演了很重要的角色。 本研究針對揀貨作業中的「同步順序分區揀貨」環境加以探討,由於此揀貨環境需要先將訂單分割成數張子訂單,並由不同的揀貨區域進行揀貨,最後才會將子訂單匯合,以完成揀貨。本人在國內外物流中心觀察到兩種業界使用訂單匯合的方法,這兩種方法各有他們的優缺點。因此本研究欲使用「訂單大小」以及「訂單順序安排法則」兩種不同的因子去比較這兩種訂單匯合方法適合用在哪種訂單的需求。本研究針對此環境衍伸出的訂單匯合問題作探討,期望能幫助使用同步順序式分區揀貨的物流中心做選擇。

With the globalization of market, the liberalization of trade, the rise of supply chain concept, the improvement of customer service and the rapid development of Internet technology, the logistics has become the prime focus for enterprises all over the world. However, the traditional logistics using a multi-level channel and transport pathways has been unable to meet the consumers demand. Therefore, the distribution center, which allows suppliers to transport their goods to retailers through it, and thus removes multi-level channel transshipment, making suppliers respond to market demand rapidly, plays an important role in the supply chain. Due to the picking environments which need to split the order into several sub order and picking by different picking zones to complete the picking, this study propose to discuss the "synchronized sequential zone picking" environment in order picking. Besides, I observed two kinds of order consolidation methods in Distribution Centers at home and abroad, and both methods have their advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, this study intends to use "the size of the order" and "order sequencing rules" as two factors to compare which of two order consolidation methods is much suitable for which order needs. This study discuss the issue in order consolidation derived from this environment, hoping to assist the distribution centers using synchronous sequential zone picking to choose a suitable choice.
