鈍角三角形模組開發與二維半導體元件模擬

摘要


在這篇論文中,我們藉由以前對於鈍角三角形的網格算法,去探討之前計算方法所造成的誤差,進而使用二段式封閉面及三段式封閉面改良網格的算法。為了能夠知道新的網格算法是否能夠更精準的矯正誤差值。我們進行數學驗算並且利用程式寫出鈍角三角形網格進行模擬。利用兩種方式去進行驗證,讓我們可以確保演算上沒有誤差,再將二段式封閉面及三段式封閉面所算出的結果與理論值做比較。

In this thesis, we developed obtuse triangle mesh for 2D numerical semiconductor device simulation. In the past, the resistance error percentage caused by the old calculation method was larger than expected, so two methods have been developed for the obtuse triangle. One is the two-plane method, and the other is the three-plane method. The methods mentioned above are all verified by math formulas and program.
