一整合方法設計穿戴式健康裝置之產品服務系統

摘要


現今科技進步,產品越來越多樣化,然而消費者大多時候需要的僅是該產品所提供之功能,而非該產品本身,而產品服務系統(Product service system, PSS)將產品及服務視為一體,使有形產品成為服務實行的平台,透過附加價值來實現可持續發展。 本研究首先透過品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD)分析消費者對產品之需求,定義消費者需求和產品設計之間的關係。並依據QFD所分析之資料,採用設計結構矩陣(Design Structure Matrix, DSM)建構產品的基本架構和產品活動流程。 近年來,越來越多人注意自己的健康,相對的也表示健康管理越來越重要,不論醫療保健或是醫療監控領域都與每個人的生活息息相關,因此個人健康管理的應用趨勢帶動了穿戴式裝置中的行動健康裝置商機,各家廠商無不搶進智慧健康管理商機,將其作為搶攻行動健康商機。本研究以可穿戴行動智慧健康裝置產品為例,以產品服務系統為架構,透過用QFD及DSM進行分析與說明。

Nowadays, due to the rapid improvement of technology, the products become more diverse. However, most of the customer only need the function of the product, not the product. There is a new concept, called Product Service System (PSS), which combine product development and service system development. It regard tangible products implement a service platform through added value to achieve sustainable development. This research applies Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to analyze the customer needs, and define the relationship between customer needs and product’s design specification. According to the data of QFD, component-based Design Structure Matrix (DSM) is applied to establish the architecture of product. In recent years, more and more people pay attention to their health. It means that health management become increasingly important. Therefore, the trends of the application of personal health management led to the business opportunities of wearable technology device. Each company want to get into the wearable device of health management. This study will use the wearable technology device combined with health management as an application example to analysis and explanation by QFD and DSM which use PSS for the architecture.
