The search for doubly charged Higgs boson production in proton-proton collision at $sqrt{s}=$8TeV will be presented. The preliminary result is based on data recorded by the CMS experiment at the LHC and correspond to integrated luminosity of 19.62 $fb^{-1}$. The search takes advantage of two final states: one with two same-signed muons through vector boson fusion and the other one with a pair of same-signed muons accompanied by an opposite-signed muon.
