近年來,台灣銀行產業,一方面,面臨著台灣本土經濟情勢的轉變,另一方面要因應各國經濟的衝擊,再加上國際金融市場、貿易自由化的潮流,各家銀行皆致力於提升經營績效以增加競爭力,創立獨特的核心價值,以求在此激烈的競爭環境下,尋求突破與發展,並期望可以永續經營。 本研究主要在探討台灣商業銀行經營效率,以台灣地區20間商業銀行2010-2012年為研究樣本,透過資料包絡分析法,選擇以固定資產、員工人數、用人費用為投入變數,以放款、利息收入為產出變數,探討無效率的原因,並提出改善的指標。 研究結果顯示,在整體效率評估、技術效率分析、規模效率分析、規模報酬分析、參考集合分析,兆豐商業銀行皆顯示出效率表現最佳,進而探討結果,可以發現金融業的無形資產-員工生產力,對金融業經營績效影響很大,而兆豐商業銀行相較於其他金融機構,較著重在於培訓員工進而使其較其他金融機構表現更佳,其次為永豐商業銀行、玉山商業銀行及元大商業銀行。
In recent years, the structure of the domestic banking industry has been changed enormously not only by the local economic markets but the international financial trade all over the world. Therefore, this study investigates how the domestic banks should find their own unique core values to pursue the sustainable management. The study aims to investigate the operating performance in 20 commercial banks in Taiwan as the research samples during 2010-2012 year. In addition, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is employed during the research analysis. We set the fixed asset, amount of employee salary cost as the input variables. Meanwhile, the loan amount and interest are set as output variables. It is found that Mega International Commercial Bank works the best from the factors such as the operating performance, technical efficiency, scale efficiency, return of scale and set analysis. Thus, suggestions and recommendations for future research are thus discussed. Followed by the Bank SinoPac、E.SUN Bank and Yuanta Commercial Bank.
