台灣IC產業之新興終端產品發展-模糊AHP法之應用

摘要


廠商在面對競爭激烈的環境中,必須在眾多的新興產品中挑選最適的終端產品作為重點的資源聚焦,強化市場競爭與擴展市場。台灣廠商過去以製程技術見長,在專業分工與產業群聚的特色下表現傑出,若能延續本身的基礎資源優勢,打造專屬台灣產業級的終端科技產品,藉此提升附加價值及國際競爭力,無疑是讓產業持續發展的關鍵所在。本研究藉由模糊層級分析法,進行IC產業終端科技產品之評選準則與備選項目模型建立,並整合IC產業所轄電子、光學等五大領域之專家意見,尋找未來具發展潛力的新興終端科技產品,而產品的評選將有助於企業了解未來發展此產品所需加強的資源能力以提高產品在市場成功的可能性。研究結果顯示,業界專家認為在選擇發展產業級終端產品時,產品特性最為重要,其次為技術資源能力以及環境不確定性;而評選結果,雲端平板電腦為專家們認為最適發展之終端科技產品。最後,在依據產品技術地圖分析此項產品之構成重要模組與技術,以補強其發展時可能缺口。本研究結果除可提供政府與業者,使其瞭解終端產品之評選準則與重點終端產品所在,更可進一步作為政策擬訂與技術投資上的參考。

In the competitive environment, the firms have to select the best end product from numerous emerging technologically product and concentrate their resources to develop it that they can strong their competitive and expand market. In the past, Taiwanese manufacturers are known for their process and our work specialization also outstanding. If we can extend our advantage of integrated circuit to build exclusive Taiwan’s industrial-level technological product that can increase added value and international competitiveness. It is no doubt the whole point of persistent development of IC industry. The study use fuzzy A.H.P. method to build the electing standard of technical product and the model of selection, then through the specialist questionnaire, include electron, optic and other five major fields, to obtain further understanding and find out the potentially key product. The selection of products will help enterprises to understand what resource we need to more focus and rise the likelihood of success if we need to develop it. The results show that experts believe the product attribute is the most important factor, then followed by technical capacity and environmental uncertainty. The experts believe that the Tablet PC is the optimal end product to develop. Finally, we can analyze the important module of this product by technology roadmapping to reinforce its weaknesses. The research provides government and enterprises to understand end product of the selection criteria and key product, it can be further used as policy development and technology investment in reference.
