The paper employs MARC software to analyze the behavior of deep drawing assisted by ultrasonic vibration. To understand the abilities of MARC in the prediction and suitability of the behavior in deep drawing, compared with experimental results are applied firstly. Building the roughness model on the outside surface of blanks and discussed the finished situation of surface roughness, the required punch load and the influence of forming load by surface roughness condition. Investigating the influence of forming load by ultrasonic vibration-assisted forming with radial ultrasonic vibration on upper die.
