客家特色產業的文化價值-以公館紅棗產業為例

摘要


地方文化產業的推動,除了經濟產值目標的追尋,亦欲消弭不適合存在於社會的價值觀與讓民眾有更美好的生活環境等,然而,卻鮮少文章著墨於該等文化層面的影響,但文化層面的價值,正是推動地方文化產業的基石,是累積資產的泉源,更是活絡地方的不二法門。 有鑑於此,本研究以苗栗縣客庄公館鄉之紅棗產業為例,以美學、精神、社會、歷史、象徵、真實等六項文化價值為主要分析層面,透過文獻資料及訪談當地紅棗產業之相關人士,整理出產業的發展脈絡,及探討發展紅棗產業對當地帶來哪些文化價值。 首先,公館紅棗產業的發展脈絡可分為四個時期來探討,且每個時期皆有重要的關鍵行動者,以促成今日紅棗產業的發展。再者,推動紅棗產業的確為當地帶來了美學、精神、象徵、社會、歷史、真實等六項文化價值,但每項文化價值呈現的程度不盡相同,此外,各文化價值層面亦會相互增強、移轉或削弱。最後,本研究歸納出公館紅棗產業目前面臨的問題及提出未來改進的方向,希望公館紅棗產業能夠繼續發揚光大,為當地創造更多的文化與經濟的價值。

In addition to achieve economic output, the target of promoting local cultural industry also includes eliminating unsuitable values in society and making people have a better living environment. But few articles focus on the effects of cultural dimensions like these. However, the cultural value do plays an important role in promoting local cultural industry, and is a way to increase the economic output for an area. For above reason, through a case study on Gongguan Ziziphus-Jujuba Industry, this research aims to explore the cultural value of developing Hakka local cultural industry by the six dimensions of aesthetic, spiritual, social, historical, symbolic and authenticity cultural value. The findings of this study are as follows:First, the story of Gongguan Ziziphus-Jujuba Industry can be divided into four periods to explore, and there is a key actor in every period of the story. Second, although that all six dimensions of cultural value can be found in the study, but each dimensions presents different degrees. Third, each dimensions of cultural value will be reinforced, transferred or weakened each other. The last but not the least, Gongguan Ziziphus-Jujuba Industry still has some issues to face, and the study tried to provide the direction to improve. Hope we will see a better development on Gongguan Ziziphus-Jujuba Industry in the future.
