This study investigates the relationships among psychological climate, psychological empowerment, job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior. The mediating role of psychological empowerment in the relationships between variables is also explored. It is found that effect on their psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Besides, the mediating effect of psychological empowerment on the relationship between psychological climate and organizational citizenship behavior is partly confirmed. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
