德規LED自行車前燈光學設計與驗證

摘要


本論文中,我們使用高功率白光LED光源,設計出兩款微型化自行車前燈,分別為直投式自行車前燈與下投式自行車前燈。模擬中我們以德國StVZO 22A No.23 (K-mark) 法規為規範,設計光形的高對比度與寬廣的道路照明,以提升行車安全性。除此之外,下投式自行車前燈的設計能夠適用兩種不同光強度分佈的光源,有助於實際量產的可能性。最後,我們實際製作出兩款自行車前燈設計,同時驗證了模擬的準確性。

In the thesis, we use high-power white-light LEDs to be the light sources and present two types of bike lamp. In the simulation, we use Germany bike lighting rules (StVZO 22A No.23) as regulations. There are two advantages for the bike lamps:high contrast of the light pattern and broad lighting on the roadway. In addition, one of the two types of bike lamp also applies to two different LED light sources. Finally, we verify the validity of the two types of bike lamp with the prototypes.
