營建業之精實供應鏈管理─以R公司之預鑄工程為例

摘要


營建業預鑄工程所生產的預鑄構件產品不同於製造業所生產的大量製造的產品,不同的工程類型:傳統RC工程、鋼構工程、預鑄工程,也會因處於不同階段或施工地區的不同而有所差異。過去國內相關預鑄工程之研究與應用大部分只考量生產及儲運,本研究針對營建業所屬之預鑄工程,將精實供應鏈管理以及情境式管理等虛擬整合之概念應用於工地現場的專案管理,將預鑄工程自發包及現地吊裝等供應鏈管理加以說明,其中各階段可能遭遇到的風險,以情境式管理加以考量,擬定行動方案並創造出各方互惠利基。 本研究主要是將營建業預鑄工程所須之預鑄構件產品,自生產、儲運、現地吊裝供應鏈管理與採購策略相對應的關係作探討,對於現地施工以精實營建技術、拉式進度排程以及情境式管理來完成預鑄工程之專案管理。過程中也使用3D繪圖科技來聚焦以及情境模擬,對於未來可能發生的情境,做出合理模擬作為風險辨識及風險管控,擬定解決方案及行動策略,以確保預鑄工程精實供應鏈管理之決策整合競爭優勢。 本研究依預鑄工程供應鏈的三大單位(生產、儲運、吊裝),其作業程序中面臨之介面問題進行溝通探討,找出其介面問題與工程進度之關係。以系統性整體宏觀的角度來進行工作改善並減少浪費,在營建過程之中,以拉式生產排程施工,建構情境式管理與現地精實營建技術之印證,進而創造出最佳預鑄工程之精實供應鏈管理。

Engineering construction industry the production of precast precast components in the manufacturing of different products produced by the large amount of manufactured products. Different project types: traditional RC engineering, steel construction, pre-cast construction will result in a different phase or different areas of construction vary difference. Past domestic-related research and application of pre-cast works only test the majority of mass production and storage. In this study, it belongs to the pre-cast engineering construction industry. The lean supply chain management and scenario-based management concept of virtual integration of project management applied to the construction site. Package will be pre-cast construction and is spontaneous lifting and other supply chain management to illustrate. It may be subjected to various stages of scenario-based management to test. It Develops action plans and creates a niche parties mutually. This study is the construction industry project in the pre-cast pre-cast component product, Since the production, storage and transportation, supply chain management are to lifting and procurement strategy for the corresponding relations. For now in construction in order to lean construction techniques, scheduling and pull progress to complete the scenario-based management of precast construction project management. Process also uses 3D graphics technology to focus and to scenario. For possible future scenarios, it Makes a reasonable simulation for risk identification and risk control, it develops solutions and action strategies, it ensures that the precast engineering lean supply chain management decision-making integration a competitive advantage. The study by three precast unit construction supply chain (production, storage and transportation, lifting), Its operating procedures in the clinical side of the interface problem of conducting communication, it finds out the interface problems and progress of the relationship. The overall macro-systemic perspective to conduct future work to improve and reduce waste. In the construction process, it pulls production scheduling construction. Scenario-based management and construction is to lean construction techniques of the proof, it creates the best pre-cast works lean supply chain management.
