設計鏈參考模型跨產業應用之研究

摘要


隨著國際經濟環境的快速變遷,產品設計協同化的應用日益提高,加上產品研發技術與品質要求不斷提昇之下,如何透過協同設計有效管理設計鏈(Design chain)成為決定企業競爭力的關鍵。但是國內產業普遍缺乏產品開發管理的經驗,先進資訊技術的開發能力亦有限,因此在導入協同過程中遭遇極大的困難。 供應鏈協會所發展之設計鏈作業參考模型(Design-Chain Operations Reference-model, DCOR),主張透過該模式幫助企業進行設計鏈分析,並提供設計鏈的基本規範以協助設計鏈整合。然而,DCOR提供的是跨產業的標準,所定義內容過於廣泛與複雜,並不易被產業所瞭解與應用。另一方面,學術界也比較欠缺設計鏈相關之研究活動。有鑑於此,本研究將針對不同產業如何運用DCOR進行較為完整的學術探討。 本研究先分析台灣四個產業(機車產業、模具產業、科技纖維產業、基板產業)的產業特性與設計鏈現況,並探討各個產業如何運用DCOR模型,使其產業化,符合該產業企業所需。最後對此四產業進行DCOR模型應用之研究,比對DOCR模型在不同產業應用時,需考量情境與成功因素為何。以「企業導入設計鏈之型態的二階段建議模式」,作為企業推動產品協同發展與導入設計鏈參考模型時的策略參考。本研究成果將提供給後續應用DCOR之參考,並提升台灣整體產業的設計鏈。

With the rapidly changing international economic environment, application of product design collaboration is increasing. Moreover, technology of product R&D and quality are continuing to be required. Therefore, effectively managing Design-chain through collaborative design becomes the key to determining the competitiveness of enterprises. However, the domestic industries generally lack of experience in product R&D management .Thus they encounter great difficulties in the import collaborative process. Design-chain Operations Reference-model (DCOR) is developed by the Supply Chain Council, advocated through the model to help businesses with analyzing design chain, and provide the basic specification of the design chain to assist in the design chain integration. Nevertheless, DCOR provides the cross-industry standard, the definition is too broad and complex to be understood and applied by industries. On the other hand, this issue is rarely discussed in academic research. As a result, the purpose of this study will focus on more complete academic discussion about cross-industry application of DCOR. This study analyzes four industries (motorcycle industry, mold industry, high-tech fabric industry and substrate industry), characteristics and the current status of the design chain firstly. After that, cross-industry application of DCOR and exploration of how they industrialize the DCOR mode are discussed. Finally, “Two-stage model of introducing the DCOR model” is proposed. This is a business-driven strategy for collaborative product development and introduction of the DCOR model. The results of this study will provide a reference to the subsequent application of DCOR, and enhance overall design chain of Taiwanese industries.
