里德-所羅門與柵狀編碼調變在WiMAX回程線路的研究

摘要


相較於過往無線回程線路技術,微波同步數位層次能提供更好得傳輸品質與編碼效能,最主要的原因在於其採用了許多先進的技術,像可調區塊長度的編碼調變之數據機,但在此同時,高速容量的技術亦會無法提升至令人接受的地步,過往已經有許多高效率的方案是針對里德-所羅門碼及柵狀編碼調變以降低其傳輸的困難度,卻極少文獻在探討R-S編碼TCM調變的應用在無線回程線路,基於此原因,本論文中我們將針對在寬頻(WiMAX)回程線路以提出高效率的模式來RS編碼及TCM調變,除此之外,我們亦提出了一種高效率頻譜分析法來再次的節省編碼成本,實驗結果顯示,比起傳統的編碼在無線回程線路,我們所提出的應用不但可以在增加實際傳輸頻寬的同時亦能增加編碼的效能。

Microwave Synchronous Digital Hierarchy achieves significantly better coding performance, compared to previous microwave back-haul standard. This is because that many advanced techniques are employed in coding and modulation the modem, such as variable block sizes estimation. Therefore, the mobile board-band is unbearable. Many efficient project have been proposed for Reed-Solomon coding and Trellis-coded modulation to reduce the transmission complexity. In this thesis, we focus on Reed-Solomon coding and Trellis-coded modulation propose efficient mode decision scheme to speed up the board-band(WiMAX) back-haul. In addition, an efficient motion estimation algorithm, has been proposed to further reduce the coding cost. The experimental results show that our proposed application can increase spectral efficiency while improving the coding performance, when compared to original the back-haul coding scheme.
