To establish full-time wireless communication for Sounding Rocket VIII Recovery System RS through out the mission, wireless communication between the RS and the telemetry Input Output Processor IOP is established inside the rocket, moreover, the system status of RS is also monitored and transmitted by wireless communication through out the mission to enhance the recovery system reliability. The process of design according to specifications, the build and test of RF transceiver and antennas performance and control system is described.
