學校本位課程之研究—以兩所學校之特色

摘要


本研究旨在分析、比較兩所學校特色課程發展的歷程、課程規劃、實施及檢討與省思,以作為有效發展特色課程之參考。為達研究目的,本研究採用個案研究法,訪談兩所個案學校校長、行政人員及學校教師共十七人,根據訪談資料與相關文件進行整理、歸納、比較與分析。研究結果顯示如下: 壹、兩校發展特色課程的脈絡與歷程: 一、兩校課程發展背景相似,雖均進行情境分析但採取之行動策略有異。 二、兩校特色課程同受政策影響與各方關注,但有不同的階段性發展。 貳、兩校發展特色課程的規劃與實施: 一、兩校特色課程在願景建立與創新策略方面頗有共識,但對社區行銷與理念認同上有所差異。 二、兩校皆規劃方案架構與課程目標,但在架構層次的完整性及課程內容的廣度有 差異。 三、兩校特色課程的實施與評鑑模式相似,但在作法及功能呈現上有異。 叁、兩校發展特色課程的檢討與省思: 一、學校領導人、教學團隊、及社區家長對特色課程願景、理念與目標的共識,均 對兩校特色課程發展造成影響;兩校對於結合社區資源也有不同面向的省思。 二、兩校肯定特色課程設計的模式,但團隊成員或家長尚有疑慮;且兩校課程檢討 機制及內容的豐富度有所差異。 三、兩校課程實施受校內外因素影響,對課程成效之評估亦有不同疑慮。 四、發展特色課程對外而言,需要整體大環境的配合;而對內而言,學校一切作為 均須回歸學生的學習為考量依據。 本研究最後根據研究發現,分別對教育行政機關、學校及未來研究提出建議。

This study aims at analyzing and comparing the development process, curriculum designing, implementation and reflection of characteristic curriculum of two elementary schools. For this purpose, this study adopts case study method, investigating principals, administrative staff and teachers which include seventeen persons of the two schools. The collected data were further processed, induced, compared and analyzed. The results are as follows: I. Development Process of the Characteristic Curriculum of the Two Schools: 1. The backgrounds of the curriculum are similar. Although they both performed context analysis, the strategies they adopted are different. 2. Their characteristic curriculum are equally affected by policies and noticed by the society, but their development stages are different. II. Design and Implementation of the Characteristic Curriculum of the Two Schools 1. They share similar opinions on building the goals and innovating strategies, but the community marketing and identification with ideas are not in agreement. 2. Both the two schools designed the framework of their plans and set up objectives of the curriculum, but they are different in the hierarchy completeness of the frameworks and the scope of the curriculum content. 3. The modes of implementation and evaluation are similar of both the schools but different on the ways they perform and the presentation of the functions III Review and Reflection on the Development of the Characteristic Curriculum of the Two Schools: 1. The common consensus of the school leaders, instructing staff and parents in the community toward the vision, ideas and objectives of the characteristic curriculum make influence on the development of the characteristic curriculum. 2. The two schools affirm the mode of the characteristic curriculum, but the team staff or the parents may doubt that. In addition, there might exist difference of evaluation on the curriculum and abundance of the content between the two schools. 3. Both the internal (in-campus) and external factors affect the performances of curriculum of the two schools, and the assessment on effects of curriculum also maintains in doubt. 4. From external aspect, the development of characteristic curriculum needs to cooperate with the whole conditions. For internal aspect, what the school considers should be on the basis of students’ learning. Based on the findings, this study proposes some suggestions to education administrative institutions, schools and future studies.
