本論文分為三部份。第一部份是介紹兩個寬截止頻帶帶通濾波器的設計,利用帶拒濾波器的串接產生多個零點,達到寬截止頻帶之效果,並利用其帶拒濾波器之特性設計出兩種不同之情形。 至於第二個則是可調式帶通濾波器,運用變容二極體接在傳輸線之末端達到頻率可調之特性,並獨立設計零點位置方便我們做調整。 第三部分則是介紹多頻帶天線設計。利用共平面波導饋入方式介由多重路徑及匹配的調整設計出(1.9/2.4/5.2GHz)頻帶之天線。 本論文所設計的電路,均使用全波電磁模擬軟體IE3D 進行模擬輔助,並實際製作電路進行量測。經由電磁模擬與量測的比較結果,具有良好的一致性。
This paper is divided into three parts. The first part introduce two bandpass filter with wide stopband. By cascading bandstop filter to produce multiple transmission zeros, reaching the effect of wide stopband, and design two various cases by using the feature of bandstop filter. The second part introduce a tunable bandpass filter, which using varactor connected to the end of transmission line to reach the feature of frequency tuning. The third part introduce a multiband antenna. Using CPW-fed by multiple route Structure and impedance matching to design (1.9/2.4/5.2GHz) antenna. All of the above mentioned circuits are simulated with the full-wave electromagnetic simulator IE3D. Moreover, the prototypes of these circuits are fabricated and measured. The good matched results between electromagnetic simulation and measurement can evidence the availability of all proposed circuits.
