電磁式振動平台之設計與分析

摘要


振動訓練機是種利用激振器來產生振動之訓練器材,而此激振器之機構則是利用一輸出桿進行往復式運動,目前較為常見之振動訓練機型式為連桿驅動式與偏心質量式之激振器。 本文主要目的是將偏心質量激振器利用一組自由端且具有質量之懸臂樑及電磁鐵取代之,且針對振動平台系統加以分析。本論文所採用之振動平台系統將利用簡單之模型取代,藉由振動平台參數之調整來觀察對於自然頻率之影響,並進行定性分析。 利用位移計與示波器實際量測振動平台之自然頻率,並使用模態敲擊器與套裝軟體進行驗證,並分析造成誤差之原因。

Vibration training machine is an oscillator to generate vibration for training to build muscle strength and bone density. Thus, the mechanism is usually an output with back-and-forth motion. Recently, the common types of vibration training models are linkage driver type and Eccentric-mass type. The purpose of this thesis describes that the Eccentric-Mass Oscillator of the vibration platform system is replaced by electromagnet and cantilever beam with a mass at free-end, and then analyze the vibration platform system. In this thesis, we use simple models to simplify this vibration platform system, and observe the effect of natural frequency by modifying the parameters, and do the qualitative analysis. We measure the natural frequency of this vibration platform system by displacement meter and oscilloscope. Besides, we use the Hummer test and ANSYS to prove the mathematic model, and analyze the error factors.
