高速封切機之分析與改良

摘要


封切機是一種利用高溫與瞬間加壓,使塑膠熔化並接黏在一起的機器。目前常見的封切機驅動機構主要為偏心圓。本論文主要目的在於提出一種新的機構來取代原本的偏心圓,使其在產量和噪音方面都能獲得改良,期許能藉此提升國內封切機產業的競爭力。 新的機構方面採用與原本偏心圓類似的凸輪,在凸輪的設計上採用五階多項式曲線,將整體曲線分為四個部分,曲線與曲線之間以邊界條件相連接。 新的機構完成後實際裝於機臺上測試,測試的重點在於產量的提升,能否從目前的250pcs/min提升到400pcs/min。其次是噪音的控制,在產量提升的前提下能否保持噪音的不變甚至降低。最後是對刀具溫度的影響,在達到相同產量的情況下所需的溫度是否改變。量測改良後的數據並與原始的比較,以分析實際改良的成果。

Cutting and sealing machine is kind of machines which use high temperature and instantaneous pressure to seal two plastics together. For now the most common driver of cutting and sealing is eccentric mechanism. The main purpose of this paper is to design a new kind of mechanism to replace the current eccentric mechanism, so it can not only increase the quantity of output but also reduce the volume. We hope that can improve the competitiveness of internal Cutting and sealing machine property. The new mechanism is decided to use cam because it is similar to the original mechanism. This paper use five-order polynomial to design the cam. The curve is stripped into four parts; each part is connected according boundary conditions. When the new cam is done, we install it for testing. First, the main purpose of this test is the quantity of output. Make sure it can improve the quantity of output from 250pcs/min to 400pcs/min. Second the control of noise. While the quantity of output has improved, we hope the noise can still maintain the same even lower. Last the effect of the temperature. When in the same quantity of output, the change of temperature needed. Record both the old and new mechanism then compare, so that we can analyze the improvement.
