摘要


本論文共包含兩個研究題目,第一部分為以離子液體促進DNA的聚合酶鏈鎖反應。離子液體[b-4C-im][Br](4d)運用於聚合酶鏈鎖反應實驗中,不僅可以有效地促進高GC值含量的DNA的聚合放大反應更可以減少非特異性的配對與放大,並且可以促進一般GC值含量的DNA的聚合酶鏈鎖反應。 第二部分為檢測酮類的感測型離子液體。論文中,我們成功地合成具有檢測酮類氣體化合物能力的感測型離子液體SIL 2,並且成功地將此離子液體SIL 2應用於壓電石英微天秤(QCM)上。

There are two research projects in this thesis. The first project is " Ionic Liquids Promote PCR Amplification of DNA". Ionic liquid [b-4C-im] [Br] (4d) used in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was found to be highly effective not only for promoting PCR of GC-rich DNA by minimizing non-specific amplification, but also for facilitating PCR of normal-GC DNA under mild conditions. The second project is "Sensitive Ketone Gas Sensing Ionic Liquids". Based on specific chemical reaction, sensing ionic liquids (SILs) were designed and synthesized for the chemoselective detection of aldehydes and ketones, and applied to the quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) for real-time analysis.
