摘要

歐盟與中國在近幾年來實力不斷上升，雙邊關係的發展也是令人關注的趨勢之一，尤其是雙邊已視彼此為戰略夥伴關係和名列前茅的貿易夥伴。歐盟從二次世界大戰結束後便開始進行整合，整合的步驟和與中國關係的加深有同比之效，本文希望藉著對過去雙邊政治和貿易關係的探討，尤其是歐盟對中國一系列的文件，來了解雙邊政治和貿易關係的發展不同，更進一步看出歐盟對中國經貿政策轉變的因素。

The EU and China are both rising influence in the world recent years. Their bilateral relationships also has come to be one of the trends with concerns. Especially they mutually regard themselves as a strategic partners and trading partners. EU began to integration after the Second World War. The time of integration’s process and the strengthening relationship with China are nearly the same.
This thesis, is based on bilateral political and trade relations, mainly series of documents published by EU, is to understand the development of bilateral political and trade relations, and the causes of the transformation.
