近年來人口老化問題與心血管疾病的高致死率,已為當今社會經常關注的議題。隨著醫療、電子與網路技術的結合,病症的觀察已然不再侷限於醫院,以及健康養護等觀念的逐漸普及,醫療照護的型態將從病後的治療轉變到病前的預防。醫療系統的發展也從醫院到居家的觀察,未來將演進到無時無刻的監測。能源方面也從高耗電的大型儀器轉向僅需電池供電的隨身裝置。因此,本論文以上述前提,結合低功耗的 ANT 無線網路模組與微控制器平台實現無線擷取通訊系統。 本論文基於 ANT 短距離無線傳輸協定實現心電訊號的擷取處理與傳輸,且呈現心電圖於具 ANT 通訊能力的 Android 裝置。我們採用低功耗的 MSP430平台實作心電訊號的取樣及類比/數位轉換、ANT 協定訊息封裝與解封裝、ANT 低功耗及 ANT 頻率捷變等機制,並且在 PC 平台上驗證擷取的數據。為了更深入了解 ANT 特性,本論文也實現 ANT 上特有的傳輸模式,配合 PC 平台進行封包遺失率的測試與統計。另外,實現 MSP430結合 Bluetooth 模組的傳輸模型,量測與比較兩者的耗電率,驗證 ANT 的低功耗特性與其應用的可行性。 最後,透過研究 ANT 技術與實現嵌入式心電訊號擷取系統模型,為心臟病症預防、監測與短距醫療應用領域盡一份心力。
Aging population and high mortality rate associated with cardiovascular disease has been concerned severely in recent years. With the combination of medical, electronics and network technology, the observation of the disease has not been confined in the hospitals. As the concept of health and self-cultivation become popular, the patterns of medical care should change from the disease treatment to disease prevention. The development of health care systems will be emphasized from hospitals to home cares. In addition, "battery-powered" and "portable" are two key features of the home-care devices . In this paper, we applied the ANT wireless module with micro-controller platform to develop an Electrocardiogram (ECG) acquisition system. The ANT is a type of low-power consumption and short-range wireless transmission protocol. The ANT technology is used to implement the acquisition and transmission of ECG signals. In addition, the Android phone is used to display the ECG conveyed from the ANT module. We used low-power MSP430 platform as the micro-controller to implement ECG sampling, ADC conversion, encapsulation and de-capsulation of ANT protocol message. We also focused on the ANT Low Power mechanism, ANT frequency agility mechanisms. The PC platform is used to receive and verify the integrity of the data. To understand the ANT features, in this thesis, we evaluated the performance in terms of the packet loss rate for the ANT protocol. To compare the power consumption between ANT system and Bluetooth system, we integrated the MSP430 platform and ANT as well as Bluetooth module to realize an ECG acquisition system. Our proto-type showed that the ANT technology provides practical solution for low power-consumption medical devices in practical applications.
