本研究選用竹齡約三至五年生之孟宗竹為原料,進行熱裂解實驗之單次使用竹材重量介於1300g至1400g區間,以熱裂解儀器來處理竹材,將竹材加熱至控制溫度350℃、550℃、650℃、750℃等升溫裂解反應模式及炭化特性,升溫達所建立之溫度點共持溫六小時,總加熱時間則視其不同熱裂解反應模式之而定。最後對孟宗竹炭之炭收率、尺度收縮率、電阻值量測、元素含量、熱值與副產物之竹醋液收率和酸鹼值檢測等性質分析。 竹材在不同升溫裂解反應模式下進行炭化,因溫度與加熱時間不同而影響其炭化出之產物性質差異性。根據實驗結果顯示,竹炭之炭收率( 33.98%~22.03%);竹材於爐外溫度750℃持溫十八小時為最佳炭化溫度,竹炭外層電阻值為10.47Ω,內層電阻值為6.36Ω,內層電阻值會比外層電阻值還低;在相同裂解溫度之竹炭,其厚的竹炭電阻值比薄的電阻值略小約1.41Ω,兩者皆隨著炭化溫度的升高而有遞減的趨勢;竹炭尺度收縮率、元素含量及熱值等皆隨炭化溫度的升高而有遞增的趨勢;竹材主要重量損失率發生在溫度為350℃持溫六小時,其重量損失約33.7%;竹醋液主要生成量於350℃持溫六小時,其收率達35.23%。
In this study , we use the moso bamboo age of about three to five years as raw material , pyrolysis experiment of bamboo weight from 1300g to 1400g range, pyrolysis equipment to deal with the bamboo, the bamboo heated to control temperature of 350℃ , 550℃ , 650℃ , 750℃ that the temperature pyrolysis reaction mode and carbonization properties, the temperature increased to the establishment of the temperature points that holding the temperature of six hours , the total heating time depending on the different pyrolysis reaction model . Finally, he basic characteristics of bamboo pyrolysis were studied like the carbon yields of bamboo, scale shrinkage rate , resistance value , element content , calorific value and byproduct of bamboo vinegar yield and pH measurement. Bamboo carbonized under different heating pyrolysis reaction mode, temperature and heating time differences affect the nature of its carbonization of the product . According to the experimental results showed that the carbon yields of bamboo ( 33.98 % to 22.03 %) ; Furnace outside temperature 750℃, holding for 18 hours was the best bamboo carbonization temperature ,the charcoal outer layer resistance value of 10.47 Ω, the inner resistance value of 6.36 Ω, that the inner resistance value is lower than the outer layer of resistance value ; Charcoal in the same pyrolysis temperature , thick charcoal resistor value slightly smaller than the thin resistance value of about 1.41 Ω , both decreasing trend with increasing carbonization temperature ; Bamboo Charcoal of scale shrinkage rate , element content and calorific value were increasing trend with increasing carbonization temperature ; The bamboo main weight loss rate occurs at temperature of 350℃ that holding the temperature of six hours, the weight loss of about 33.7%; Bamboo vinegar main generation at temperature of 350℃ that holding the temperature of six hours, the yield of 35.23%.
