本研究旨在探討勞工安全衛生管理人員學習背景、管理能力與所服務事業單位安全衛生績效之關聯性研究,分析不同的勞工安全衛生管理人員學習背景、管理能力對事業單位績效所產生的差異影響,透過三者間的分析了解其關聯性;本研究採用量化方式進行實證研究,確認管理能力做為中介作用時,對勞工安全衛生管理人員的學習背景與所服務事業單位的安全衛生績效之影響,本研究透過網路做為媒介發送問卷填寫訊息邀請勞工安全衛生管理人員進行問卷填寫,共回應248份問卷,有效問卷244份;問卷經統計與分析後得到以下結論: 一、不同的勞工安全衛生管理人員學習背景、勞工安全衛生管理能力與事業單位安全衛生績效各研究變相間具有不同程度的差異。 二、勞工安全衛生管理能力影響事業單位安全衛生績效。 三、勞工安全衛生管理人員學習背景因管理能力的中介效果而對事業單位安全衛生績效產生部分影響。
This research is exploring the learning background of labor health/safety managing people、management ability and performance of serving business unit, to analyze the discrepant influence and to understand the connections in between. It is adopted by actual sample identification based on certain volume, management ability as intermediary effect, to know the influence between health/safety managing people and business unit performance.We apply website to deliver questionnaire to health/safety managing people, total 248 replied, 244 are valid and summarize feedback as below: A.Discrepancies could be found from individuals of different learning background、management capability and business unit health/safety performance B.Positive influence from learning background and management capability. C.The intermediary effect from management capability for learning background, to bring positive influence with business unit health/safety performance.
