新移民女性識字學習方案規劃實施與成效評估之研究

摘要


本研究以參與多元鄉成教班的新移民女性為對象,規劃實施系統化的識字學習方案,協助其增能,拓展自己的生活圈。本研究實地參與方案的觀察、記錄,以及與學員訪談,得到以下結論: 一、新移民女性識字學習的困境包含生活適應和識字學習背景的差異。 (一)生活適應有語言、飲食、文化習慣、心理和社會五個困境。 (二)識字學習的背景包括是否學過中文和對課程需求的不同。 二、以學員為主體的識字學習方案,才能符合學習者的需求,利教學之進行。 (一)以增能為教學目標,而非只以聽說讀寫為主要教育目標。 (二)課程內容應與學員生活經驗相結合。 (三)教學心態應有別於傳統以講述為主的方式。 三、識字方案的實施應該要靈活運用教學策略 (一)識字學習的教學策略應該多元取代單一。 (二)對話活動的課程有助於學習者的互動,形塑自我尊重的情境。 四、識字學習方案協助新移民女性增能 (一)提升處理日常生活事務和意識覺醒。 (二)口語溝通更積極,家人關係更和諧。 (三)走入社區,與外在世界溝通、互動。 伍、識字學習教學活動的困難為: (一)學員中文識字背景,由於來台年數,以及參與識字學習的次數,造成差異。 (二)方案規劃工作繁重,一般成人教師較難接受。 (三)教學內容因學員或教學者的流動,無法連續、持久。

This research focus on new immigrants who participant in diverse adult education class, which is aim to help them empowermen through systematic literacy learning program planning. We do the research by observing and recording the plan ourselves, and also note the interview between students. The conclusions is : (一) New female immigrants’ literacy ability Dilemma includes the difference about life adjustment and literacy learning background. (1) Life adjustment contains: language, food, culture habit,Psychology and society. (2) Literacy learning background contains whether they had learned Chinese and the different demand for class. (二) The literacy learning program planning which is planned for students can correspond with learners’ demand so as to benefit the teaching execution. (1) The speaking and writing is not the main teaching purpose, instead, the teaching purpose is to improve ability. (2) The context of class should correspond with students’ living experience. (3)The teaching attitude are different from the traditional lecturing method. (三) The implement of Literacy learning program planning should flexibly applicate teaching strategy. (1)The strategy of literacy learning should be diverse replace of single. (2)The class of communicating activity contributes to leaners’ interaction and to cultivate their self-respect. (四) Literacy program planning help empowermen. (1)To upgrade dealing with daily life affairs and waking the consciousness. (2)To active the oral communication so as to improve harmony between family. (3)To encourage them to walk into community and to communicate and interact . (五)The difficult of Literacy learning program planning (1)Students’Chinese literacy background is different because of their Taiwan staying years and the number of times they participate in literacy learning. (2)Literacy learning program planning is a heavy workload, which is less acceptable for adult teachers. (3)The teaching context aren’t continuous and long-lasting because of students and teachers’ flow.
