近代菁英人際關係個案研究-以熊希齡為例

摘要

所謂「菁英」（elite），指在人群中較有影響力的人。在現代中國的非營利組織活動，熊希齡有他的影響力，符合此定義。然一個人要在政治社會發揮影響力，人際關係必然是其影響因素;在近代菁英的研究中,目前僅有蔣介石有所研究；本文從一個與蔣介石活動時間和範圍完全不同的熊希齡，來探討近代菁英的人際關係。同時藉由熊希齡人際關係的研究，將以往熊希齡研究所產生的爭議點試圖解決。將其人脈做區分為親緣、地緣、政治軍事、社會教育。接著以基本史料和相關主題研究了解每年的互動狀況，然後查工具書了解其往來互動者的經歷，最後查人際關係學書即說明熊與他人的互動方式
　　看好熊希齡日後的發展，熊希齡父母和朱其懿給與熊希齡栽培，對熊日後的職業和活動造成影響。熊希齡選擇右派的政治理念，影響到他對家鄉的意見和社會教育事業的行動。熊希齡在團隊中所扮演的角色都是了解物資有何缺乏，進行爭取。他會希望有志之士和團隊成員，能達成理想。代託是熊希齡與他所有的親友增進感情最常用的辦法。政治上必須說熊希齡漠視議會，對抗國民黨。社會上熊希齡協助許多慈善組織成立，但也加強民間團體對政府的依賴。

　　Optimistic about the future development of Xiong Xiling, the of Xiong Xiling parents and the Zhu Qiyi given Xiong Xiling cultivation, the impact of the Bear's future career and activities. Xiong Xiling choose the rightist political philosophy, affect the actions of his hometown opinions and social education. Xiong Xiling's role in the team are aware What a lack of supplies, to fight for it. He will hope to people with lofty ideals, and team members can reach the ideal. Generation of care is the most common way to promote feelings of Xiong Xiling and all his friends and relatives. The political must say Xiong Xiling disregard Parliament, against the KMT. Xiong Xiling assist many charitable organizations in the community was established, but also dependent on the government to strengthen civil society.
