摘要


輕度失智症老人的學習參與、復原性老化和失智症教育之研究 指導教授:胡夢鯨博士 學 生:陳 靜 摘要 本研究旨在探討輕度失智症老人的病識感、學習參與對復原性老化之影響及對失智症教育之需求,並從預防和延緩的觀點,來探討失智症教育方案之應用。研究採用立意取樣方法,對臺灣和日本共十位65歲以上之輕度失智症老人,進行半結構式深度訪談輔以觀察法的研究。研究發現:前期和後期的輕度失智症老人的病識感與因應策略有顯著差異;輕度失智症老人對他人有學習依賴感和情感依附的需求;輕度失智症老人的學習焦慮感也高於一般老人;不同的教育程度、性別、年齡和學習參與度等,會產生相異的復原性老化自評量效果;早期介入失智症教育和有完善的失智症福祉資源支持,則有助於增進輕度失智症老人復原性老化的展現。 本研究有如下結論:首先,進行全國性失智症概念認知宣導教育,對提升社會大眾對失智症預防理念是有助益的。其次,針對輕度失智症老人獨特的學習需求,規劃目的性介入學習方案,及應用小組配對式的誘導性學習支持法等,多元類型的創新學習參與方案,可正向促進輕度失智症老人的復原性老化;本研究從失智症教育中,所發展出的活力維持型、目的導向型、認知訓練型和同步複合型的運作模式,有助於做為我國推動老人教育中融入失智症教育實務之應用。最後,建議政府建置失智症官方網頁、設置失智症教育專責機構以及推動腦的健康護照和檢測制度等;另外,建議老人教育機構可開展失智症教育實務方案應用課程、並鼓勵能成立失智症預防的自主性老人學習團體以及推動老人服務失智症老人的服務學習方案等。 關鍵字:輕度失智症、復原性老化、失智症教育

The Study of Learning Participation, Resilient Aging and Dementia Education for Elder with Mild Dementia Advisor: Dr.Meng-Ching Hu Student: Ching Chen Abstract This research aims to study the insight of elder for their mild dementia, the affect of resilient aging from elder’s learning participation and the needs of dementia education. This research also discusses the operational practices of the program of dementia education based on the viewpoint of preventing and deferring of dementia. The study used the methodologies of in-depth interviews and observing a total of ten participant elders whom have the age over 65 with mild dementia purposive sampled from Taiwan and Japan. The results finds (1) the significant differences exist between young old and old old for the insight of their mild dementia status and reactive strategies, (2) incurring learning and emotional dependences on the others, and learning anxiety were heavier than general elders, (3) different educational levels, genders, ages and degrees of learning participation will result in different aspects of self-evaluation to resilient aging for the mild dementia elders. The research has also fund that supports from resources of social welfare and early introducing dementia education will significantly improve the resilient aging abilities for mild dementia elders. Research reveals the following (1)Progress an education on dementia awareness is helpful on improving the preventive concept of dementia.(2)An variety of learning participant programs-planning of targeting learning programs, network-based learning group’s and peer-induced partner’s learning can positively promote the abilities of resilient aging for the mild dementia elders.(3)The operation programs of dementia education- Active Support Mode, Target-Oriented Mode, Cognitive Training Mode and Synchronization Complex Mode, which are developed from the research are contributory on promoting of dementia education into Taiwan’s elder educations. Government’s establishing an official dementia website, institution of dementia education institutes and propelling a brain health and detection system are necessarily recommended in the final of this research. In addition, based on study results, the research also recommends the institutes of elder education to develop and practice the programs of dementia education, encourages to set up autonomy learning group for elderly to implement the programs on elder dementia’s preventing, and services-learning programs between general elders with mild dementia elders.
