社區導覽員解說知能學習經驗之探究

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討社區導覽員解說知能學習經驗之探究,研究目的有四:(一)瞭解社區導覽員參與文史解說導覽工作之緣由。(二)分析社區導覽員參與文史解說導覽工作所需要的知能。(三)探究社區導覽員參與文史解說導覽工作所經歷的學習內涵。(四)探討社區導覽員參與文史解說導覽工作過程中對社區意識的轉變。研究中採合目標取樣並進行半結構式訪談,抽樣樣本為鹿港地區4位社區導覽員。 本研究的結論如下: 一、社區導覽員投入解說的緣由受到地方組織與地方需求的影響 二、社區導覽員投入解說的緣由受到自身的興趣與發展所影響 三、社區導覽員藉由正確導覽內容、需求評估與社區事務等知識性內容豐富自己的內涵 四、社區導覽員於解說過程中需使用多種技能與遊客互動,帶領遊客達到解說中的教育功能 五、社區導覽員帶著開放、尊重、自信且有深度的態度來面對遊客與自己,視社區導覽為一重要的使命 六、透過社區導覽的過程帶給社區導覽員正向的學習態度 七、社區導覽員透過多元且便利的非正式學習來規劃個人的成長計劃 八、社區導覽員對社區抱持著認同卻又無力的衝突情感 九、社區導覽員透過媒體素材與社區網絡連結來落實資訊的發聲及行銷的作用 十、社區導覽員關注社區規劃、古蹟維護與導覽員的培訓等面向使社區觀光產業更為興盛

The main purpose of this study is to understand the learning experience of community docents’ interpretative competency. There are four main purposes as following: 1.to explore community docents’ intention of attending community guide trip. 2.to explore community docents’ interpretative competency. 3.to explore the learning intention of the duration community guide trip. 4.to explore the effectiveness of community consciousness after attending community guide trip. Through purposive sampling semi-structured interviews, parent groups inhabit areas of the four members of the community guide trip. The conclusions of the study are as following: 1.These community docents affect by local organizations and local needs. 2.These community docents affect by interest and career progression. 3.These community docents promote themselves by correct knowledge, needs assessment and community affairs. 4.The community docents need various skills to interact with the visitors, which allows the interpretation to be with educational function. 5.These community docents have the open-minded, respective, self-confident and profound attitudes toward the visitors as well as themselves; and they also take the community interpretation as an important mission. 6.These community docents hold a positive learning attitude through attending community guide trip. 7.These community docents plan their development program through diverse and convenient informal learning. 8.These community docents face with ambivalence toward the community, which are community identity and powerless with community. 9.These community docents transmit information and marketing by using media and connecting with the community. 10.These community docents concerned about community planning, historic preservation and docent training for promoting community tourism industry.
