嘉義市國民小學教師知覺學校組織氣氛與終身學習態度之關係

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討嘉義市國民小學學校組織氣氛與教師終身學習態度之相關性。本研究首先探討國民小學教師知覺學校組織氣氛與終身學習態度的現況分析,其次比較不同背景變項在學校組織氣氛與終身學習態度之差異情形,最後再分析學校組織氣氛與教師終身學習態度之相關情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,並使用平均數及標準差、獨立樣本t考驗與單因子變異數分析和積差相關等統計方法進行分析,主要結論如下: 壹、嘉義市國小教師知覺學校組織氣氛良好,氣氛類型依比例高低依次為開放型氣氛、封閉型氣氛、投入型氣氛、隔閡型氣氛。 貳、嘉義市國民小學教師終身學習態度現況屬於高程度,依程度高低依次為「認知」、「情感」、「行為」層面 參、30歲以下、研究所以上、師範院校畢業或學校規模12班以下之嘉義市國民小學教師知覺學校組織氣氛較佳。 肆、年齡30歲以下之嘉義市國民小學教師終身學習態度較佳。 伍、學校組織氣氛與教師終身學習態度呈現中等正相關。 陸、教師專業行為與教師的終身學習態度有很高的相關性。 根據研究結果,本研究提出以下建議: 壹、對教育行政機關的建議 一、健全校長培育制度,並遴選高支持低指示之校長,以營造良好組織氣氛。 二、成立校長成長社群,以提升校長領導專業知能。 三、評鑑學校組織氣氛,輔導氣氛不佳的學校,以提升其組織氣氛。 四、落實教師專業發展評鑑,鼓勵教師進修,以促進教師專業成長。 貳、對學校單位的建議 一、校長宜展現支持行為,以營造良好組織氣氛。 二、鼓勵不同年齡層教師組成團隊參與競賽,提升終身學習態度。 三、教師宜充實本身教學知能,以展現專業行為。 四、制定有共識的職務輪調辦法,以開闊教師思考和學習廣度。 參、對未來研究的建議: 對研究對象、研究方法及研究變項方面提出未來研究之參考。

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to investigate the relevance of school organizational climate and the lifelong learning attitude of elementary school teachers in Chiayi City. First, the study is to explore the present situation of school organizational climate and the lifelong learning attitude of elementary school teachers.Secondly, the study is to compare the different backgronnd variables between school organizational climate and the lifelong learning attitude of elementary school teachers.Finally, the study is to analyze the relevance of school organizational climate and the lifelong learning attitude of elementary school teachers. The research method adopted in this study is questionnaire survey. The research data were analyzed in statistical methods, inclusive of standard deviation, t-tests, One Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment correlation. The major conclusions are as followings. 1. Though the organizational climate that the elementary school teachers in Chiayi City perceived of is good. 2. Though the present situation of the lifelong learning attitude of elementary school teachers belongs to high degree. 3. Above 30 years old teachers, over Master's degree teachers, teachers who Graduated from Teachers Colleges, or teachers in a school with less than 12 classes were obviously different and aware of better organizational climate in Chiayi City. 4. Above 30 years old teachers had better lifelong learning attitude. 5. There is a positive and medium degree relevance between school organizational climate and the lifelong learning attitude of elementary school teachers in Chiayi City. 6. There is the highest relevance between the professional behavior and the lifelong learning attitude of elementary school teachers. Based on the results mentioned above, some suggestions were proposed to educational administration institutions, elementary schools, and future researchers.
