嘉義縣國民中學教師情緒管理與教學效能關係之研究 指導教授:胡夢鯨博士 學 生:沈怡妗 中文摘要 本研究旨在探討嘉義縣國民中學教師情緒管理與教學效能之關係。研究目的包括瞭解國民中學教師情緒管理與教學效能的現況;探討不同個人背景的嘉義縣國民中學教師情緒管理與教學效能之差異情形;分析嘉義縣國民中學教師情緒管理與教學效能之關聯性;最後根據研究結果提出具體建議,俾供相關單位及國民中學教師參考。 本研究採問卷調查法,研究工具為「國民中學教師情緒管理與教學效能調查問卷」,以嘉義縣國民中學教師為研究對象,發出問卷400份,有效問卷為366份,回收率91.5%,所得資料以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關等方法進行統計分析,歸納研究發現,獲得之結論如下: 一、嘉義縣國民中學教師情緒管理能力良好;以「情緒覺察」層面的管理能力較佳,接 下來依序是「情緒的表達」、「情緒的運用」以及「情緒的調整」。 二、嘉義縣國民中學教師教學效能良好;以「系統呈現教材」層面的能力較佳,接下來 依序是「師生關係建立」、「教學評量與回饋」、「班級氣氛營造」、「教師效能信念」 與「多元教學策略」。 三、51歲以上、研究所或一般大學、資深、或專任之嘉義縣國民中學教師的情緒管理能 力較佳。 四、51歲以上、研究所或一般大學、資深、專任、或中型學校之嘉義縣國民中學教師的 教學效能較佳。 五、嘉義縣國民中學教師情緒管理與教學效能有顯著正相關,表示嘉義縣國民中學教師情緒管理能力越佳者,教學效能越高。 最後,根據研究結論提出具體建議,俾供教育行政機關、學校單位、國民中學教師及後續研究者參考。 關鍵字:情緒管理、教學效能
A Study on the Relationship between Teachers’ Emotion Management and Teaching Effectiveness in Junior High Schools in Chia-yi County Advisor: Dr. Meng-Ching Hu Student: Yi-Chin Shen ABSTRACT The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between teachers’ emotion management and teaching effectiveness in junior high schools in Chia-yi County. The study also discusses the differences on emotion management and teaching effectiveness of teachers from different background in junior high schools in Chia-yi County. “TheQuestionnaire of Teachers’ Emotion Management and Teaching Effectiveness” are used as the survey tools. A total of 400 questionnaires are retrieved, and 366 are valid questionnaires, which accounts for 91.5% of all the questionnaires handed out. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics, single sample t-test, one-way ANOVA(analysis of variance), Pearson Correlation, and Scheffé method. The study conclusions were made as below: 1. The emotion management ability of junior high school teachers in Chia-yi County is above average. The best emotion management ability is “emotion awareness,” and the weakest is “emotion adjustment.” 2. The teaching effectiveness of junior high school teachers in Chia-yi County is above average. The highest average score is on “material organization and preparation,” and the lowest scores are on “teacher efficacy,” and“ multiple teaching strategies.” 3. The Chia-yi County subject teachers with the age above 51 and more than 21working experiences, graduated from graduate schools or colleges have the best emotion management ability. 4. The Chia-yi County subjest teachers with the age above 51 and more than 21working experiences, graduated from graduate schools or colleges have the best teaching effectiveness 5. There is an obvious positive correlation between teacher’s emotion management and teaching effectiveness. The higher ability of emotion management junior high school teachers in Chia-yi County have, the better performance of teaching effectiveness. The lower ability of emotion management junior high school teachers in Chia-yi County have, the worse performance of teaching effectiveness. According to the conclusions, the researcher offers some suggestions for the education administration authorities, junior high school administrations, junior high school teachers and future researchers.
