在自身的眼科醫療產業,有效降低不必要的成本,增加服務的效能,提昇服務品質及病患滿意度,使得資源能夠有效及合理的運用,並提昇病患的忠誠度。 若有眼科診所經營策略的探討模式,建立眼科診所經營策略的實質準則,將有助於眼科診所的經營管理而受惠更多的病患,提昇台灣眼科的醫療水準而揚耀國際。 所以,本研究的目的為: 一、探討眼科診所經營策略的構面。二、探討眼科診所經營策略的準則。三、協助眼科診所瞭解本身的經營問題,研提改善建議。 由於外部的因素像醫療生態的巨變,和內部的因素如體制上的束縛,造成基層診所醫院在經營上甚難發展。然而,在內外部因素的雙重壓力之下,若能夠透過策略管理來妥善運用本身的資源,並發展出因地制宜的經營管理策略,這樣才能因應環境並創造出組織的價值。
In the healthcare field of ophthalmology, resources can be optimized by enhancing service quality and efficiency and focusing on patient satisfaction. Unnecessary costs can be effectively reduced, leading to increased patient loyalty to [the respective] ophthalmic clinic. Establishing the discussed models and operating criteria of management strategies benefit both the clinic and its patients. Most importantly, the overall medical standard in Taiwan’s ophthalmology can be improved to shine internationally. The purposes of this study are to 1) discuss strategic management within ophthalmic clinics, 2) explore the guidelines of strategic management, and 3) assist the clinic in understanding management issues in order to provide additional recommendations and further improvements. Due to external factors, such as the significant changes in health care environment, and internal factors, which include the constraints within the system itself, local clinics and hospitals have difficulties in business development. In the face of both external and internal pressures, a clinic can be readily adapted for an evolving environment and have its values maximized through strategic site-specific management of its resources.
