在銀奈米結構上觀測表面電漿傳播與其干涉現象

摘要


我們對於表面電漿波和週期性的孔洞陣列在銀表面之間的作用我們進行了研究。藉著利用雷射光聚焦在陣列上的線性槽激發表面電漿波,並以近場掃描顯微鏡去解析出表面電漿波在銀表面上與具有週期性結構孔洞陣列之間的相互作用。我們觀察表面電漿波的波前的在經過週期性孔洞陣列時所產生的”干涉斑紋”,及其結構與障礙物的週期和大小之關係。

We report on our investigation of the interference between surface plasmonic wave and periodical obstacles on Ag surface. We excite the surface plasmon wave by focusing laser light on an array of linear grooves that we fabricated on Ag film, and characterize the propagation of the surface plasmon and its interaction with periodic structure on the Ag surface with Near-field Scanning Microscopy . We observed interference features in the SPP wavefront, and its dependence on the period and size of the obstacle.
