本實驗室致力開發軟性電子製程,其中關鍵點在於如何在大氣下製作出高均勻度和高解析度的有機薄膜圖案。目前本實驗室使用溶劑預潤濕技術的方式製作出最小解析度為10μm的MEH-PPV、P3HT和PMMA薄膜。 由手動到滾輪式微接觸印刷演進中有很多問題要解決,因此本論文針對兩個重要的問題做研究;第一個為提出無接縫圓筒型矽膠印模的製作,並解決在製作中所發生的問題;第二個為利用擴散理論和擴散實驗估算出PDMS矽膠與DCB的擴散係數,再輔以分析軟體判斷正確性。
Our group have devoted to flexible electronics fabrication for a long time. The key point is how to fabrication high uniformity and high resolution of the organic thin film pattern in the atmosphere. Currently, the group using a solvent pre-wetting to produce a minimum resolution of 10 μm of MEH-PPV P3HT and PMMA thin film. The evolution of μCP manual to roller have many problems to solve. Therefore, this thesis of research is focus on two important parts. First is seamless impression cylinder silicone rubber manufacturing method, and solving the problems in the manufacturing process. The second is the using the diffusion theory and diffusion experiments with DCB to estimate the PDMS silicone rubber diffusion coefficient, then using analysis software to determine the diffusion coefficient is right or not.
