現今資訊發達、交通便利,企業發展到一定階段,就會有往國際拓展的需求,以尋求海外更大的市場、提供資源上、資金上的挹注以及知名度提升等多項需求。這世代,國際化的觀點勢在必行,國際連鎖企業活絡於世界各國,他們如何在各國持續其成功經營的模式? 有鑒於此,本研究針對跨國連鎖企業,探討如何保有競爭優勢,其領域之關鍵成功因素為何? 本研究以發展成熟的量販產業為出發點,針對知名國際連鎖量販業如何在台灣本地角逐一席之地,深究其成功關鍵因素,並期望透過對台灣量販店産業進行深入瞭解後,能藉此提供在台量販店業者策略運用之建議與參考。 透過台灣不同型態具代表性的兩家知名個案公司,融合各領域、學者歷年來文獻及報章書籍為依據,探究量販業經營的關鍵成功因素並加以比較分析。研究結果發現:以個案公司為例,台灣量販業成功因素可歸類為以下五項因素,分別為: 顧客關係管理、促銷策略、商品策略、體驗行銷和賣場經營。企業具備基本要素後,針對其資源與能力進行配置,配合產業環境中的關鍵成功因素,從顧客角度出發揮自身優勢、創造差異性,將是企業永續經營的精隨所在。
Nowadays, with the advancement of information technology and convenient transportation to any countries, a corporation will have the desire to expand the market by seeking more resources and capitals in order to search for better opportunities once it reached a state of maturity. In this era of globalization, one must have the international perspective in order to survive in the competitive market. From around the world, we see many Multinational Corporations work pretty successfully in their perspective industries. We would like to know what are the Key Success Factors (KSFs) of these international chain corporations. In this study, we focus on the hypermarkets which already reached a state of maturity, We have chosen two companies, Carrefour and Costco, to be the subjects of our case study because these companies have different operating methods yet they are both very successful companies in Taiwan. We will discuss their Key Success Factors (KSFs) and analyze their differences on these factors in Taiwan. From our study, we identified five Key Success Factors (KSFs): Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Promotion Strategy, Product Strategy, Experiential Marketing and Hypermarket Operation. Because the economy is in the slump, people spent more money in daily commodities. For corporations, it is very important for them to understand the KSFs of their industry, utilize their advantages and be different. Also focus on customer experience then you can be successful around the world.
