Cloud services, which provide forecast data efficiently to make businesses more competitive, can economize much expensive equipment cost and also serve complex operation for small businesses. However, information exposure is the main reason that businesses fail to implement Cloud services. This paper explores how to enhance the performance of Cloud-computing Governance efficiently from perspectives of IT managers. This study derived 7 hypotheses from the framework of COBIT 5.0. 130 questionnaires are issued, and 78 copies are returned yielding 60% of effective return rate. This study employed Partial Least Square to analyze data. The research findings revealed that 5 hypotheses are accepted and 2 hypotheses are rejected. From the above 5 accepted hypotheses, policy, strategies, organization structure, business, processes, information flow and human factors are positively related to the performance of Cloud-computing Governance.
