青年微型創業者轉化學習之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探究青年微型創業者之轉化學習,為達研究目的,首先依據文獻 探討我國微型創業輔導機制、創業精神、創業動機和創業困境之相關研究,再編 製半結構式訪談大綱,透過立意抽樣,擇取三位個案以及其家人或工作夥伴共同 接受訪談。 經統整歸納,得到以下結論: 一、青年創業精神是心理、行為和能力特質的體現。 二、青年微型創業動機主要為拉式動機,經整理共得四構面八項動機。 三、青年微型創業主要困境為:資金、人力管理、家庭反對、與合夥人的問題、 其他創業知識不足,以及產品創新及研發。 四、影響青年微型創業者之轉化因素不盡相同,同一因素可能引發一個以上的轉 化現象。 五、面臨同一事件,也可能發生超過一次的轉化。 六、即使未經困境,還是可能引發轉化學習。

This study aimed to explore the transformative learning of youth micro-entrepreneurs. First of all,for the purpose of research,the study revealed the relationships among mechanism of micro-business counseling,entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial predicament. According to the results, the semi-structured outline was developed. After the process of purposeful sampling, three participants and their families or working partners were selected to have the interview. The findings were listed as follows: 1. Youth entrepreneurship is a manifestation of psychological, behavioral traits and abilities. 2. The main motivation for the youth micro-entrepreneurs was pull motivation, 8 aspects of motivation classified in 4 dimensions are obtained. 3. The main dilemma of youth micro-entrepreneurs: financial, human resource management, family opposition, partner issues, inadequate entrepreneurial knowledge and product innovation&research. 4. Factors affecting the transformation of youth micro-entrepreneurs are not the same, the same factors may lead to multiple transformative phenomenon. 5. Facing the same event may also occur multiple transformation. 6. Even without difficulties, it may still lead to transformative learning.
