公共自行車租賃站最佳配置-以高雄市City Bike為例

摘要

公共自行車系統可以與現有的公共交通系統結合，在近幾年吸引了大量的關注，已成為一種新的公共交通工具。本文以營運者的角度及考量安全庫存成本的概念建立最佳化模型；並以高雄市公共自行車為例，考慮公共自行車系統的最佳配置，再利用敏感度分析，針對維修成本、懲罰成本及庫存成本提出實質的建議。

Public bicycle systems, or bicycle sharing systems, which can combine with other public transportation systems have become more attractive in recent years.In this paper, we apply an optimization model minimizing the operating costs including maintainance cost, penalty cost, stock cost, and safety stock cost, based on the travel demand to analyze the significance of the bicycle stations.We also do the sensitivity analysis by varying the costs.
