資訊護理師勝任能力在成員間溝通與系統發展績效之影響

摘要
隨著科技的不斷進步，企業與組織皆利用資訊系統在快速變遷的環境來提升自身的競爭優勢，增加組織競爭力。不僅在一般企業組織，在醫療產業也是。醫院為了保持競爭的優勢，必須同時兼顧經營成本的降低，以及醫療品質的提升。為了達成目的，採用資訊科技來協助提升醫院經營的效率與醫療品質，被普遍認為是最有效的解決方案。在醫療資訊系統的發展與使用上，使用者常面臨不知如何使用系統，或者開發人員不懂使用者之需求，也因此需要資訊護理師(Informatics Nurse Specialist，INS)這一角色，來協助系統開發人員與終端使用者的溝通。本研究將探討資訊護理師應具備之能力對溝通之影響，與溝通對系統發展績效的影響。 本研究採用郵寄與網路問卷的方式寄送資料，共收集到93份問卷，並以統計軟體SmartPLS2.0結構方程模式來檢驗本研究個變數之間的因果關係。研究結果顯示資訊護理師勝任能力裡的資訊能力、護理專業能力與溝通能力對溝通有顯著正向影響，且溝通對系統發展績效有顯著正向影響。期望本研究結果能提供學術與實務方面一些參考方向與建議。

With the development of science and technology, most enterprises and organizations use the information and technology to enhance their advantages in the dynamic environment. Not only in the enterprise, but also in the hospital. In order to keep their advantage in competition, they not only need to consider their business cost, but also enhance their healthcare quality. To achieve this goal, the best solution is taking information technology to promote business efficiency and healthcare quality. In the medical information system developments, lots of end-users do not know how to use this system, and many IT technicians also do not know what the users want, in order to solve this problems, so we need Informatics Nurse Specailist to help them. In this study, this research will examine the impact of the competency of Informatics Nurse Specialist on communication & system development performance. In this study , the 93 responds were collected via internet and mail survey, and used statistics software SmartPLS2.0 to test the relation of hypothesis and the explanatory power of dependent variables. The results indicates that informatics competencies、nurse science and communication skills have significantly postitve effect on communication, and communication also have significantly postitve effect on system development performance. Expected results of this study can provide direction and suggestions on academic and practical aspects.
