在我國經濟發展歷程中,台灣傳統產業持續扮演著重要的角色,如今大環境的改變,許多傳統產業面臨著急遽的挑戰,如何在逆境中求生存與在紅海裡尋找利基,是許多傳統產業廠商最關注的議題。 本研究基於此一議題(產業共通需求),針對我國重要傳統產業之一的家具產業進行深入探討,並以產業的發展階段歷程及公司的未來營運策略進行研究,期許能為家具產業創造出另一片藍海的可能。 本研究主要在針對台灣家具業者,探討企業關鍵成功因素以及組織生命週期理論。藉由個案分析作為研究方法,進行深度訪談,並探討個案公司,分析萌芽時期、成長時期以及轉型時期之關鍵成功因素,希望能藉由過去成功經驗的歸納,找出家具產業成長時重要關鍵條件與因素以及新型態營運模式的研究,來深入探討未來家具產業的走向,提供廠商在升級轉型時一個方向建議與參考,使我國家具產業能邁向另一個生命週期巔峰。 根據上述研究目的,本研究希望達到的研究成果如下: 1.探討我國主要外銷國的家具產業形貌,了解我國外銷的有利發展方向。 2.探討我國家具產業現況,了解我國目前面臨的課題與挑戰。 3.分析個案公司歷年的營運策略,找出重要的關鍵成功因素。 4.針對我國家具產業提出創新營運策略與未來方向建議。 關鍵字:組織生命週期、關鍵成功因素、個案研究、家具產業
