家庭暴力防治課程對受刑人「自我、家庭、性別角色」察覺影響之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討不同背景的受刑人對自我、家庭、性別角色之差異,及家庭暴力防治課程對受刑人之影響,研究結果發現如下: 一、本研究認為年齡40-49歲之國中、高中職學歷之受刑人,為發生家庭暴力的高危險群。 二、越想與家人面對家中的一切問題且做事情越不考慮後果,以及認為自己會以正面態度解決問題的受刑人,越容易會因為自己本身的因素而對家人產生家暴行為。 三、越想要與家人培養感情又對自己感到較滿意的受刑人,越容易因為家人的因素而與家人發生家庭暴力行為。 四、認為自己會以正面態度解決問題且越想與家人面對家中的一切問題、性別刻板化態度越高,以及越有家暴迷思觀念的受刑人,越容易因為與家人互動發生衝突時而對家人產生家庭暴力行為。 五、實驗組在「家庭價值觀」、「自我態度」、「家暴行為態度」、「家暴事件認知」後測分數顯著高於前測分數,表示家庭暴力防治課程對實驗組有具有一定影響作用。 六、實驗組之「自我態度」後測分數顯著高於控制組,而「家庭價值觀」、「性別態度」、「家暴行為態度」、「家暴事件認知」後測分數高於控制組,只是未達統計上的顯著差異。 本研究最後根據研究分析結果與研究者實務經驗,提出在政策上與實務上之相關具體建議。

The study was to investigate the different backgrounds of the inmates self, families, differences of gender roles, and impact of domestic violence prevention curriculum for inmates. : 1. This study shows that age 40-49, and the inmates are high school vocational education, they are high risk of domestic violence. 2. They want with their families in the face of all the problems at home and do more things without considering the consequences, and believe that they will solve the problem with a positive attitude towards the inmates, the easier it will be because of their own factors of domestic violence on families to produce behavior. 3. Want more intimacy with their families, and more satisfied with their, more easily because of with family the interaction happen domestic violence. 4. Believe that they will actively solve the problem, and they want to face all the problems with their families, the more gender stereotypes, the more the concept of domestic violence and myth. They more easily because of with family the interaction happen domestic violence. 5. Experimental group at the "family values," "self-attitude", "domestic violence behavior and attitude," after "domestic violence incident cognitive" test scores were significantly higher than pretest scores, indicating that domestic violence prevention curriculum for the experimental group had a certain influence. 6. After the experimental group "self-attitude" test scores significantly higher than the control group, while the "family values", "sex attitude", "domestic violence behavior and attitude," after "domestic violence incident cognitive" test scores were higher than the control group, only the difference was not statistically significant. Finally, according to the analysis results and practical experience, the researchers make recommendations on policy and work.
