以資安成熟度來探討銀行業導入行動支付工具意圖的決策

摘要

隨著網路購物行為盛行，使用智慧型手機的門檻越來越低，越來越多人使用行動支付工具，但詐騙事件仍層出不窮，為了估算資安成熟度，本研究將藉由資安成熟度探討與行動支付工具背後所帶來金流息息相關的銀行業，其對於行動支付工具意圖的決策作為本研究的目的基礎，從資安成熟度模型中，探討其四大構面對銀行與導入行動支付工具的意圖相關、了解銀行業對行動支付工具的期許以及探討行動支付未來發展。
以「導入行動支付工具的意圖」為因變數，並以「資安治理成熟度」其四個評估工具「業務IT依賴度」、「風險管理」、「人員」、「流程」為自變數，以立意抽樣尋找39家銀行各10名從業人員進行問卷調查。
研究結果顯示，針對行政院科技顧問組公部門所提資安成熟度判定標準表修正後適用於銀行業，銀行的業務IT依賴度及人員架構與銀行業導入行動支付工具的意圖相關，銀行業應提高業務IT依賴度及重視資訊人員架構。

With the prevalence of online shopping behavior and the threshold of using smart phones much lower than before, more people use mobile payment applications. The fraud is still emerging. In order to estimate the maturity of information system security, this paper explores decision for banking industry intention of implementing mobile payment application.
The information security system maturity model is combine four sections, and this paper explore the four sections related to the decision for banking industry intention of implementing mobile payment application, the expect of mobile payment applications to the banking industry, and the future development of the mobile payment applications.
To “banking industry intention of implementing mobile payment application” as the dependent variable, and the assessment tools of "information system security maturity" which are "Organizational Reliance on IT", "Risk Management", "People" and "Processes" as the independent variables. To fill out the questionnaire by the 10 bank employees from each 39 banks with judgmental sampling.
The results show that the revised information system security maturity assessment tool apply to banking industry, and decision for banking industry intention of implementing mobile payment application is related to Orgnizational Reliance on IT and People, banking industry shoud attach importance to that.
