藉由硫醇進行醯基自由基環化合成螺環化合物

摘要


本文主要是在研究螺環化合物的合成,以五、六、七員環對三、四、五碳數的碳鏈作搭配,分別拿到各個的醛-烯酮化合物。利用硫醇化合物來進行自由基的環合反應,即可得到各個螺環二酮化合物,並且有不錯的產率。

This thesis describes a methodology designed to achieve spiro compounds synthesis. Combinding five-, six- and seven-membered rings with three-, four- and five-carbon side chains, after several steps, we obtained the enone-aldehyde compounds. Then we can obtain spirodiketones via mercaptan-mediated radical cyclization of enone-aldehyde with moderate to good yield.
