在蜂巢式行動網路中,無線行動裝置近來更加普及化使得整體網路負擔過大,加上使用者移動的不確定性所造成的細胞間負載有明顯的差異。對於細胞負載過重時使用者所需求資源無法應求造成品質下降,因此本論文考量以相同基地台間細胞負載平衡,藉由改變細胞覆蓋範圍讓負載過大細胞轉移鄰近負載較輕的鄰近細胞來達到細胞之間負載平衡。基於相同基地台因指向天線所分屬不同扇形範圍依不同負載情況利用多個天線形成矩陣來控制天線主波束寬度與方向,使得控制覆蓋範圍來達到轉移負載,並引進Q-learning概念達到動態優化調整參數,藉此細胞間負載平衡提高整體網路效能
In cellular mobile network, the wireless mobile devices become more popular and it make the overall network overloading. Moreover, the significantly difference between cell loading which caused by the uncertainty in users moving. When the cell is overloading by users demand, the quality will decreasing. Therefore, this paper considers adjusting the cell coverage to achieve load balancing between cells by transferring loading from higher loading cell to the lower one. We proposed a adaptive method to control antennas array beamwidth and direction to achieve load balancing in cells. Also, the method introduced Q-learning technique to optimize parameters dynamically to load balancing.
