地理博物題材普遍存在於六朝志怪小說,論述重點在於「狀物」,敘事以描述一物之非常表徵為主,六朝志怪作者透過地理博物類志怪小說所敘述之物,傳達其欲說與人知之想法,理解時人如何思考人、物和時代之關係。本文藉由作品歸納出四大議題進行探討,分別為「德與災異之關係」、「志怪與地志書寫比較」、「志怪中之日常」和「士人的博物心態」等。 德與災異之關係,主要論述志怪作者,特別以處在兩晉開國轉捩點上之張華和干寶為例,利用地理博物題材之休咎現象,咎徵即指災異,皆用以期望君王成德,並以史為鑑,使社稷永康。 六朝志怪與地志之書寫內容近似,兩者常有相同題材之描述,然由於撰作動機有別和撰作材料限制,呈現出文本互有同異之現象,甚至兩者文字互相滲透,藉由共同描述一物,展現當代社會的各種看法。 在地理博物類志怪中,亦載有人們生活習見之物,其不為人知之處。本文以雞和井,代表光明和生命泉源之徵,藉由志怪故事之揭露,成為日常知識。 最後,探討六朝盛行之博物現象,分別就博識故事之內容,析論寒門文士和貴胄世家之博物心態,據此了解二類文士「博物」之目的。
The description of matter is about the Geography-Natural science in the Six-Dynasties Chih-kuai. By the Geography-Natural knowledge, the author of Six-Dynasties Chih-kuai went to communicate some views for reader. Generalization that belief of the author of Six-Dynasties Chih-kuai, there is four themes in the study. Including, “Morality and Catastrophist”, “Chih-kuai and Geographic writings,” “Everyday life how descripe in Chih-kuai,” and “the opinion of knowledge about the intellectualism.” The author of Chih-kuai, especially Zhang-Hua and Gan-Bao. They used the catastrophist in the Geography-Natural knowledge in the Six-Dynasties Chih-kuai to hope the emperor making ethics. There is similar theme of Chih-kuai and Geographic writings. Their essays for motivation are different, so writing content presented situation of similarities and differences. By description of matter, we can find some social phenomena in Six-Dynasties. Through the Geography-Natural knowledge Chih-kuai, we can find everyday life that people didn’t know to descripted. Fowl and well that people required every day, there is writing in Chih-kuai mystical. Through writing of Chih-kuai, the author make the mystical things change normal. Finally, through analyzing mentality of intellectualism in the study, we can investigate why the intellectualism want to recognize more and more knowledge. There is the purpose want to find.
