本研究主要目的首在瞭解雲林縣國民小學校長道德領導與教師專業承諾之現況,其次是探究教師個人背景變項、學校環境變項在校長道德領導、教師專業承諾的差異情形,最末探討雲林縣國民小學校長道德領導與教師專業承諾之間的關係。 本研究採取問卷調查法,以參閱相關文獻編製之「雲林縣國民小學校長道德領導與教師專業承諾之研究」問卷為研究工具,研究對象為雲林縣公立國民小學教師,進行分屬立意抽樣。共抽取研究樣本605份,回收有效樣本515份,以平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法,對研究資料進行分析。歸納本研究分析結果,獲致下列結論: 一、雲林縣國民小學教師具有高度的校長道德領導知覺,其中以「德行倫理」層面最高,「批判倫理」層面最低。 二、雲林縣國民小學教師所知覺的校長道德領導在不同教師之年齡和服務年資上具有差異。 三、雲林縣國民小學教師所知覺之校長道德領導在不同學校環境變項上均具有差異。 四、雲林縣國民小學教師具高度的教師專業承諾,其中以「專業倫理」層面最高,「樂業投入」層面最低。 五、雲林縣國民小學教師的教師專業承諾在不同教師之年齡、服務年資及擔任職務上具有差異。 六、雲林縣國民小學教師的教師專業承諾在不同學校環境變項上均呈現無差異。 七、雲林縣國民小學教師不同的校長道德領導在教師專業承諾上具有正相關。即校長道德領導的表現程度越高,教師專業承諾的表現程度也越高。 八、雲林縣國民小學教師所知覺校長道德領導對教師專業承諾具有解釋力,以「批判倫理」層面的解釋力最高。 最後,根據上述研究結論提出建議,供教育行政機關、國民小學校長、國民小學教師及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to realize the current status of the principals’ moral leadership and teachers’ professional commitment in the elementary schools of Yunlin County; in addition, it was to explore the influence of teachers′ individual background variables and school environmental variables on principals’ moral leadership and teachers’ professional commitment. Finally, this study was focused on the relationship between principals’ moral leadership and teachers’ professional commitment in elementary schools of Yunlin County. The questionnaire survey was adopted in this research. And the relative documents consulting were used for making “The Questionnaire of Principals’ Moral Leadership and Teachers’ Professional Commitment in Elementary Schools of Yunlin County” questionnaire as the tool of this research. The objective teachers of this study were from the elementary schools of Yunlin County. By means of convenient sampling, a total number of 605 research samples were provided with the questionnaire, 515 of it was valid. The data derived from the questionnaire were statistically analyzed by Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Result of this research is concluded as follows: 1.The principals of elementary school in Yunlin County were good at conducting moral leadership, of which the best performance was “ethics of morality” and the worst one was “ethics of critique”. 2. The teachers′ individual background variables such as age and seniority showed the significant difference on principals′ moral leadership. 3.The teachers′ school environmental variables such as school size and location presented the significant difference on principals′ moral leadership. 4.Teachers in the elementary school of Yunlin County possessed highly perception of teachers’ professional commitment; the level of “Professional Ethics” was the highest one while the level of “Career Devotion” was the lowest. 5.The teachers′ individual background variables such as age, seniority and position displayed the significant difference on teachers’ professional commitment. 6. The teachers′ school environmental variables such as school size and its location showed non-significant difference on teachers’ professional commitment. 7. There were positive correlation between principals′ moral leadership and teachers’ professional commitment in elementary schools of Yunlin County. That was to say, the higher level of principals′ moral leadership , the better teachers’ professional commitment would be. 8.“Ethics of critique” was the best predictor among elementary school teachers’ perception of principals′ moral leadership, when regression prediction was applied to the analysis of teachers’ professional commitment. Finally, in accordance with the researcher’s proposal suggestions as references for educational administration, elementary schools′administration, teachers of elementary schools, and the further study.
